Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Chester Hotel over Easter, I was thoroughly enchanted by the luxurious atmosphere and attentive service. Our dining experience at the IX Restaurant was simply exquisite, with elegantly crafted dishes highlighting exceptional local produce-definitely a treat for my marine biologist palate! The stylish room we occupied offered a comfortable sanctuary, equipped with modern amenities and complemented by the natural essential oils in the toiletries, a lovely touch that added to the charm. What truly distinguished our experience was the warmth and professionalism of the staff, who catered to our every need while making us feel right at home. The hotel's historical character, combined with contemporary comforts, provided the perfect backdrop for our getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend the Chester Hotel to anyone seeking a blend of elegance and Scottish hospitality.
